Immune Booster Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 orange peeled and sliced
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp fresh, ground ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp unpasteurized honey
Instructions
- Add the ingredients into a blender in the order they appear in the list. Blend until smooth.
