Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Equipment
- Optional equipment: Milk Frother
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice blend
- 1 tsp of boiling water
- ¼ tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup of frothed warm milk or milk substitute
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 tsp boiling water
- 1 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice blend
- 1 tsp unpasteurized honey
- 1 cup kefir, milk, or milk substitute
- 1 tsp plain yogurt or vegan yogurt
Instructions
- Stir together the Pumpkin Spice blend and the boiling water. Sweeten to taste as desired.
- Froth the milk/milk substitute and add to the pumpkin blend and hot water. Stir and enjoy! (You don't need to froth the milk for this to taste amazing. If you don't have a milk frother, simply add it as is.)
Smoothie
- Dissolve the pumpkin spice blend in the hot water.
- Put all ingredients into the blender and mix well.
