Immune Booster Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh, ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unpasteurized honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients into a blender in the order they appear in the list. Blend until smooth.
