Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • Optional equipment: Milk Frother


  • 1 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice blend
  • 1 tsp of boiling water
  • ¼ tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup of frothed warm milk or milk substitute

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 tsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice blend
  • 1 tsp unpasteurized honey
  • 1 cup kefir, milk, or milk substitute
  • 1 tsp plain yogurt or vegan yogurt


  • Stir together the Pumpkin Spice blend and the boiling water. Sweeten to taste as desired.
  • Froth the milk/milk substitute and add to the pumpkin blend and hot water. Stir and enjoy! (You don't need to froth the milk for this to taste amazing. If you don't have a milk frother, simply add it as is.)


  • Dissolve the pumpkin spice blend in the hot water.
  • Put all ingredients into the blender and mix well.
