Blue Butterfly Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butterfly pea flower powder
- 1.5 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 0.5 lemon freshly squeezed
- 2 bananas frozen or fresh
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups milk or milk substitute. (For a lactose-free smoothie, we recommend macadamia, oat, almond, or coconut beverage.)
- 1 tbsp organic, unpasteurized honey. Try lavender or blueberry honey
- 0.5 tbsp matcha
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries
